my stay at boutique rooms was fantastic. the super king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fluffy towels added a luxurious touch. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the on-site parking was a real bonus, making everything so convenient.

During my recent stay, I appreciated how clean and tidy the room was, with all the necessary facilities and comfy beds. The easy access to Netflix and Disney was a nice perk. I was also impressed by the quick response from the owners to my heating query. The location made it convenient to explore local attractions like Shrewsbury Castle and the Museum and Art Gallery, all just a short walk away.

my experience at Boutique Rooms was just not acceptable. the room was unbearably hot, and the shower was low-quality plastic—not fit for a princess. how dare they not offer me an upgrade for my inconvenience? after all, I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't. the support here is evidently lacking and disappointing.

easy access to town attractions and beautiful park strolls

my stay was enhanced by a lovely 15-minute stroll to town through a beautiful park, and being so close to Shrewsbury Castle and Abbey made my city walks incredibly enjoyable.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The bed was amazing, incredibly comfortable, and the room was better than expected. It was spotlessly clean and cozy, making for a delightful stay.

The location, while good, offered limited parking options, and I struggled a bit with accessing nearby attractions.

The heated bathroom mirror didn’t work, but I loved the comfy King Room.

Two out of three lamps were dead, and the bathroom lock could trap you inside if not careful. Heating issues left the room chilly, and a few amenities like the bathroom mat were stained or smelled damp. the street parking was a hassle, especially on a top floor where stairs weren't ideal for older guests.

the decor was on point and the bed felt plush. it’s a short stroll to the town centre, so perfect for exploring. the thoughtful extras, like snacks and the large tv, made the stay even better.

a fridge would be useful for drinks

Free Wi-Fi was great, but the off-site car park was a hassle at times.
